3 kgs gone, now for the rest!

So far, so good. Especially when I get on the scales this morning I see a 3kg weight loss. Fantastic!!

The exercise has gone a teeny bit wayward with my torn calf but I am doing 5kg weights at home to work my upper body. Off to physio tommorow again.

There is another reason to why I want a new body, we want another child, so, for me this is about also getting down to where I have to be as well, to change my lifestyle so I can keep the weight off, have a healthy pregnancy and loose the weight after another child. Obviously its all going to take time, we are stuck in our fixed term morgage until 2012, so its not going to be a short term goal to have another child either. I thought... Im best sorting myself out and where I want to be, rather then just living the way I am. Loading up on carbs and doing small amounts of exercises...

Yesterday I had

A protein shake for breakfast- 400mls of milk

Nuts for snack- Handful

Salmon and salad for lunch (cucumber with vinegar YUMM) - Half a tin of Salmon

Nuts for snack- Handful

Prawns, some meat and salad for dinner.

Sugar cravings- NO
Headache- YES
Tiredness - YES, but picked up after lunch.

Refinning process of my diet

Day one of refinning my diet is going ok, its amazing though how I am noticing some headaches and things.

7am - Lack of sleep last night, tired. Headache
Breakfast 2 glasses of water
1xEgg white
Cheese
Mushrooms
1/4 tomatoe
1 slice of ham
Cup of tea

10am
handful of nuts

Headache gone, feeling tired but had a lack of sleep last night.
Sluggish and want to go to bed.
1130- 3 slices of pork
Pieces of cheese
cup of beef broth

Had a sleep
Wake up
130- a handful of nuts
3pm, pump bottle of water, im sluggish, have been doing housework to try and ignore symtoms, bowels are feeling a bit crampy.Headache back.

To the gym I went

We spent a little time at the gym today with Dave whilst Daves mum watched the girls which was lovely.
I did 15 mins on the treadmill, some time on the stepper, bike and benchpress, legpress, and free weights.
We definately have to go again this week coming and do some more.
I got a wet back, a red face and felt knackered, so I think it worked!!

My motivation

I went for a run/walk today, pushed myself a bit which is good, I would run for awhile, walk a wee bit and then run again. Everything was burning, especially my throat, but its a start and whilst its only 2km, its better then the nothing Ive been doing a week ago!

Im able to hold the "plank" longer which is fab. This week I plan to go to the gym with Dave. Just have to sort a time out that someone can watch the girls. I think we will also go for a bush walk too.

My run/walk went a wee bit wayward today, my body is very sore! A new day tomorrow! ;-)

I have found since I'm actually exercising I am drinking more water, which my specialist will be very pleased about!  I am probley doing 3-4 pump bottles of water a day now which is fab.

Today I spent the day not doing a lot, I did my exercise this morning and then attempted to run with Madison on the lawn this afternoon but my legs are really tight. Going to put some deep heat on them and rest them for tomorrow.
